The ViewBox is a web-based research system that provides you and authorized parties with fast, secure, and traceable access to archived information, even years after SAP decommissioning.
A special added value: We reconstruct all important standard and individual reports (e.g., Z-reports), so that technical, tax, or legal evaluations can still be carried out without any problems – without an SAP license.
After successful implementation and acceptance of the ViewBox, the original SAP system can be completely decommissioned.
At the end of the project, you will receive comprehensive project documentation/procedure documentation that clearly presents all steps – especially with regard to:
- the type of data transfer
- the structure of the archived content
- the test and acceptance phases carried out
