ViewBox is a web based research platform that enables you and authorized stakeholders to access archived information quickly, securely and in an audit compliant way, even years after the system has been decommissioned.
A key added value: On request, individual reports can also be generated based on the archived data, allowing business, tax or legal evaluations without the need to access the original database system.
Once ViewBox has been successfully implemented and accepted, the original database can be fully decommissioned.
At the end of the project, you receive comprehensive project and procedural documentation that transparently records all steps, particularly with regard to:
  • the method of data migration
  • the structure and volume of the archived contents
  • the testing and acceptance phases carried out
In addition, we document every step of the archiving process in an audit compliant manner in our Jira ticketing system, from the initial data export through to final acceptance and, if applicable, later deletion of the source system.
