After the project is completed, all relevant tables, documents and reports from your NetSuite or JD Edwards system are transferred into our proprietary software solution, ViewBox.
ViewBox is a web-based research system that allows you and authorised parties to access the archived information quickly, securely and in a traceable way even years after the Oracle system has been decommissioned.
A particular added value is that we reconstruct all important standard and custom reports, for example Saved Searches and UBEs, so that business, tax and legal analyses remain possible without any Oracle licence.
After successful implementation and acceptance of ViewBox, the original Oracle system can be completely taken out of operation.
At the end of the project, you will receive comprehensive project documentation and procedural documentation that presents all steps transparently, in particular with regard to:

In addition, we document every individual step of the archiving process in an audit-proof manner in our Jira ticket system, from data export to final acceptance and, where applicable, the later deletion of the source system.
